With B.Tech and MBA qualifications, he created a strong foundation in technology, management, business thinking, and leadership. His career gave him the opportunity to work with respected organizations such as Tata Steel, OYO, IIT, and Total Oil, where he gained valuable experience in operations, strategy, communication, and organizational growth.
With more than 7 years of professional experience, Santhosh developed a strong ability to analyze situations, make clear decisions, and build practical solutions. His thinking is deeply strategic, but his approach remains grounded, focused, and people-oriented.
In 2024, he joined hands with Sreelatha Royal to establish LaSan Media Works. Their shared vision was simple but powerful: to create a company that helps brands grow while also creating employment, opportunities, and a strong professional culture.
